The 2024 Problem
In 2020, Pennsylvania changed their election rules to allow fifty days of mail-in voting. This led to Democrats adapting quickly, creating a strategy of CHASING ballots for 50 days, while Republicans largely sat on the sidelines. The result? Democrats dominated, winning 80% of mail-in voting on average since 2020, and Republicans fell behind in close races across the state.
A Solution Is Born: THE PA CHASE
The Pennsylvania Chase was launched by door-knocking guru Cliff Maloney. Rather than relying on last-minute turnout efforts, PA Chase focused on early, consistent voter contact — identifying supporters, helping voters navigate mail-in voting, and ensuring ballots are returned.
What We Did: 2024-2025
Between 2024 and 2025, PA Chase executed large-scale door-to-door programs across Pennsylvania, knocking 510,594 doors in 2024 and 503,177 doors in 2025 in targeted districts. These efforts expanded the Republican mail-in voter universe, delivered key local victories — including helping deliver the White House for Donald J. Trump (2024) and numerous downballot wins in (2025) — and added thousands of new voters who now exist permanently in the system.
Who Made It Happen: Full-Time Paid Ballot Chasers
PA Chase is powered by trained, full-time ballot chasers. This is not a last-minute volunteer effort (although we gladly accepted help from volunteers) — it’s a professional, disciplined ground operation designed to match and outperform Democrat tactics to build the permanent Red Wall. When we fight fire with fire, we win.
2026 & Beyond
The 2026 ground game is already underway. We have committed to knocking 750,000 doors in 2026 and 1 MILLION doors in 2028 for the PA Presidential battle. Our goal is to continue expanding voter participation, strengthening turnout, and building the kind of infrastructure Pennsylvania Republicans need to win — not just this cycle, but forever. This is permanent infrastructure.
